The French Chamber of Great Britain is pleased to announce that our forthcoming Dîner des Chefs will take place at Club Gascon on the evening of 22 June.

We want to thank Michelin star Chef Pascal Aussignac for designing this five-course menu, called Entente Cordiale, and working alongside our loyal sponsor Pernod Ricard to design unique and innovative cocktail pairings.

About the Chef
Pascal Aussignac hails from Toulouse in the South West of France, and trained with French master Chefs like Gerard Vie and Guy Savoy. Michelin-starred Chef and restaurateur, he cooks in and oversees in close collaboration with business partner Vincent Labeyrie, a number of award-winning restaurants in London which celebrate the food of France, and of his beloved homeland of Gascony. Flagship restaurant, Club Gascon opened in 1998 to widespread acclaim and was awarded a Michelin Star in 2002 that it has retained since. In 2008, Pascal wrote his first recipe book: "Cuisinier Gascon" awarded Best French Cookbook by “Gourmand Award”. Pascal still cooks at Club Gascon each day and continues to surprise the London foodie-scene with his innovative take on Southern French cuisine.
