Dear Members,
First of all, I would like to congratulate our new President Estelle Brachlianoff, Senior Executive Vice President, UK & Ireland, Veolia, who was elected along with Stephen Burgin, Vice President of Europe for Alstom Power as Deputy President on 25 June at the Chamber's 80th Annual General Meeting.
I look forward to working with them and learning from their great experience.
The AGM was also the opportunity to report on Chamber activities, which are detailed in our Annual Report 2014. This is now available online and a printed version will be sent to all main representatives soon.
We are proud that our Chamber was singled out of 113 Chambers to receive the 2015 Innovation Award for our HR Guide at the MD's Annual Seminar for French Chambers abroad (CCI France International) which took place in Berlin earlier this month.
Finally, we are also very proud to have raised more than £18,500 for the French charity Doctors of the World, in the silent auction organised at our Gala Dinner on 2 July. Thanks go to the donors and bidders for their generosity.
I look forward to seeing you soon, and in the meantime I wish you a great summer.
Best regards,
Florence Gomez,
Managing Director

YOU ARE a high-street or online retailer
Let us introduce you to a French company specialised in the production and the distribution of leather care products and accessories under its own brand or in the context of its private label service. The company has a wealth of experience in supplying major chain stores (San Marina, Finsbury, Bocage, Printemps, etc.), shoe repairers, and luxury bag and shoe brands (Lancel, Le Tanneur, Repetto, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Louboutin, etc.) in France. They have clients in most European countries as well as in Asia, North America and the UAE.
YOU ARE a high-street or online fashion retailer
Let us introduce you to a Parisian designer of high-end lingerie. Originally designed for cups A and B, the models met such success in France (at Le Printemps) and online that the brand now designs models for a wider population. Their collection is very modern: a Parisian look easily incorporated in very relaxed or trendy wardrobes aimed at enhancing natural silhouettes. They only use natural materials: lace and very thin stitched foam at competitive prices for affordable luxury.
If you are interested in sourcing from one of these companies, please contact smimid@ccfgb.co.uk for further information.
